So I can empatise and have been in your position or know someone or helped someone who has.

I want to make you feel 100% safe, and comfatable. Online counselling is great for this because there is no face to face contac but the same support, guidence and help is still there.

Assesment is free, and remains confidential as does anything else.

But after the assesment there will be an hourly charge.

Which will be discussed after intial assessment and whether you agree to carry on.
